Definitions
Coax in or out: terminals for digital coaxial input or
output, not to be confused with line input or output terminals, which
use the same type of RCA ``pin jack''.
Line in or out: terminals for analog line level input or output
signals.
Optical in or out: terminals for digital optical input or
output. On MD decks this is almost always a TOS-link cable connector.
