A slim-sized infrared remote control that is included in the retail version of the Sony LAM-X1. Controls are limited on the LAM-X1 due to its slim size, so the RMT-CLX1 is needed to have full operation. The RMT-CLX1 have independent MD/CD playback controls as well as independent eject buttons, along with a dedicated PC MODE button for PC connectivity via USB MD recording. The RMT-CLX1 is powered by a single CR-2032 cell battery
