Main features
- Separate MD/CD deck and tuner/amplifier units. The entire system, including speakers is a compact 38.4cm wide.
- The remote control unit with a transparent cover features a clear cover, and can be used to input data to the MD deck.

- Sampling rate converter for digital recording from BS/CS broadcasts and DAT to MD.
- The sampling rate converter automatically converts 32kHz/48kHz sampling frequencies to 44.1kHz. This allows high-quality digital MD recording from external equipment such as BS/CS digital tuners and DAT, in addition to CDs.
- Energy-saving design consumes just 2.5W when plugged in and on standby mode with the power switch off.

Most likely intended for export given the 230v 50hz power supply. At least one unit was seen on Yahoo Auctions so a JDM version might exist.
