Kenwood 8200WMP. There seems to be a Gathers branded variant (DPX-8200WMPH) probably made for Honda OEM.

The DPX-8200WMP is a model in which the 9200WMP 16-gradation organic EL display is changed to an 8-gradation FL display. In addition, SFC is omitted in 6 patterns.

Taken from the MD pickup (x92-4570-00) manual:
