In addition to enjoying up to 3 MDs as a changer, you can use it as a single MD player by inserting 1 add-on MD.
For MD playback, the ATRAC and DAC have separate circuit configurations, and the newly developed "Advanced Multi-bit DAC" is equipped with the latest technology that can be said to be unusual for car audio MD. MD playback with 24-bit processing has been made possible, achieving sound quality comparable to that of high-quality home audio MD. The display uses a newly developed full-dot (64 x 32 dots) "hyper cross-light display," realizing unprecedentedly detailed and vivid graphics. In terms of sound quality, it is equipped with a newly developed "DTA" that provides a realistic sense of presence in the car, efficiently reproduces the band you want to hear, and a newly developed "digital crossover" that easily achieves sound settings that match the speaker characteristics. Combined with the 4ch ultra-high power amplifier, it achieves the best sound quality in its class.
The DPX-9000MJH was probably an OEM Honda unit as part of the Gathers linup.
