The M707 is part of the 1998 "707" Head Unit series by Kenwood. Kenwood upgraded the M505 with a motorized faceplate, better button layout/durability and new visuals. Compatible DSP units from the same series are the X707 and the D707. These units allowed for more visuals, different DSP presets, 11 Band EQ settings and additional Cassette or Compact Disc playback.
