Mitsubishi MD-705W. Found in a 2000 Mitsubishi Pajero Mini. There was also a MD-705-RF (silver) faced unit.
These units seem to follow the styling and design language of the CD-305Y-WS - a unit that appeared in Pajero's dating back to at least 1992. They are likely of mid 90's origin.
These units are most likely compatible with the Mitsubishi M277 RX-224Y-S — unavailable in this snapshot Cassette player. Likely with other Mitsubishi CD/MD players using the same plug.
