Similar to HCD-CL5MD (they share the same service manual)
3CD, 1MD, 1 Cassette, FM/AM Tuner device. Capable of direct CD → MD transfers and supports MDLP and CD-Text.
Has Toslink input, supprts resampling 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz
Optional PC-Link, PCLK-MN10A, for easy retitle/editing support. Note that this is not netMD.
It does seem possible to record directly to MD from the radio. It also supports MD → Cassette transfers.
