Compact MD deck. Had two variations, black and silver. Supports auto-on with disc insert, Has the usual music sync recording, time machine, and smart space functions.
Seemingly an updated MDS-S38.
Shipped with RM-D27M remote, also supports the RM-D10P Remote Commander. minidisc.org says "RM-D15M" works.
Had support for the PCLK-MD1 PC Link Kit.
