Has a "Vario Face" design which allows the user to change the faceplate design out for others or print their own custom one.

Supports Japanese display of CD text and tuner broadcast station names.

"24bit ATRAC" that realizes high sound quality by increasing signal processing capacity. (When playing back in SP mode of MD)

Equipped with 6 patterns of DSP that enhances the sense of presence and "parametric EQ" that allows you to freely set your favorite sound quality.

Equipped with an AUX input terminal on the front panel that can be connected to mobile devices.
