A Sony ATRAC1 IC, utilizing a new (at the time) LSI design, combining an ATRAC Decoder, Shock-proof Memory Controller, EFM ACRIC Decoder, ADIP Demodulator, and Servo Signal Processor all into one chip, saving costs. For some reason, it does not follow the normal Sony naming conventions. Sometimes written as "uPD63730GC".
